Shipping
All orders (shipped or local pick up) are held for 24 hours to allow for cancellations per our shop policy. Please see return policy for more information on cancellations. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We ship with USPS or UPS. Using recycled boxes. You will be emailed with your tracking information (make sure email provided is accurate) Please allow a couple of business days for tracking information to update.
In cases of returned to sender we will ask for you to pay for a new shipping label to a different address. We will not use the same address that was initially used and returned to us.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED TO US. Please make sure to review and double check your shipping address when placing your order as we will not refund an incorrect shipping address the customer as provided on their order information.
**please note: the paint on these items, even when sealed, is suseptible to damage and warping when exposed to extreme temperatures.
When expecting an order retrieve it from the mailbox, front door, or any other delivery location immediately to avoid any potential mishaps like damage or thievery.
Returns
Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase. A partial refund will be given, ( minus the processing fees taken at the time of purchase). Processing fees vary and are based on payment method of choice. Stephena Dunn art has no control over processing fees and is not liable for the loss of funds in the event of a cancellation.

Due to the nature of the product, we DO NOT accept any returns. If you are to receive your item damaged to which it cannot be used please emails us pictures at: [email protected] with subject "Damaged Items". You have until 12pm CT, the day after the delivery date to contact us about your damaged merchandise. Pictures and returning of the item are required, refusal to provide images within the time frame or refusal to return product will result in denial of any considered return.
We are not responsible for damage to your item(s) after the cut off time and items will not be refunded. This includes scratching, peeling, water damage, etc.
If your item is lost/stolen: First we will check with the tracking on our end. If the item was delivered to a PO BOX unfortunately we cannot credit or reship due to having to be the key holder to the PO Box. THIS GOES FOR APARTMENTS AND PARCEL LOCKERS.
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages if a home address tracking shows delivered and have confirmed the label was sent to the correct address, we advise for you to contact your local postal service for GPS tracking information.
Returned to sender packages: we will reach out to you with a copy of the address you provided during your order and request for you to pay for a new label to a different address to prevent return once more. This includes address you may have add things delivered to before such as a work address etc.
Delivery Attempted: Tracking will state the item is being held at USPS per customer request or other conditions. At times they will leave a pink slip if not your tracking information will display it as well. You can visit your local post office to pick up your item. You may need to bring in your tracking and ID to them. If you refuse to pick up your item or contact USPS by phone, you will not be refunded until the item is returned. USPS can hold items up to 15 business days per stated on their website.
We are not responsible for items being held at the post office. It is the customers responsibility to contact/ pick up item.
Items are hand painted and not factory made or printed. There will be evidence of such, including but not limited to; brushstrokes, inconsistencies and imperfections. Furthermore, each piece may be applied with a different artistic style or technique resulting in different effects such a smooth, textured, grungy etc. None of these reasons qualify for returns/refunds as they are intentional from the artist or a result of the canvas being used. If you have any concerns with these please contact the artist prior to purchase. Purchase of items is acknowledgment of the terms above.
